I agree to the following stipulations:

1. Spaces with a power suppy are limited; therefore, they will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Set-up time on Friday evening is 12:00 noon until 6:30 pm. Set-up time on Saturday is 7:00 - 9:00 am. Booths remain open from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm. No vehicles will be allowed in the vendor area after 6:30 pm on Friday evening, after 9:30 am on Saturday morning, or before 6:00 pm on Saturday eventing.

3. After October 1st, 2007, fees are non-refundable. The festival is held rain or shine and refunds are not given due to poor weather.

4. Holy Cross has the right to alter or cancel the festival on reasonable grounds or due to unforseen circumstances. Exhibitors will receive a full refund in case of such a cancellation, including weather related circumstances. No refunds are due as a result of a weather related cancellation or early closure.

5. All exhibitors take part in the festival in every way at their own risk, including that from loss, damage, flooding, accidents, setting up or dismantleing stands while in the confines of the fetival including the parking area.

6. Good considered unsuitable or inappropriate in any way by Holy Cross must be removed from the festival grounds immediately.

7. All exhibitors must conduct their business from their stand area and exhibits must not intrude into public areas. Stands must be occupied from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm on Saturday.
