Dear Retail and Craft Traders:
On October 19th and 20th Holy Cross Episcopal Church in Simpsonville, South Carolina willl present its Tenth (10th) Annual Medieval Festival Tournament of the Holy Cross. Our Festival continues to grow every year with the help of local advertising and newspaper articles. The Tournament offers all ages a fun-filled visit to the Medieval Age with jousting, sword exhibitions, games, lots of great food, and shopping with crafters and merchandisers.
We would like you to join us to display, demonstrate, or sell your crafts and/orr merchandise. This year we expect attendance to exceed 2,500. Our festival provides an excellent opportunity for you to promote your business while having fun! See what other merchandisers say:

Participation is simple; all you do is print and return the completed registration form and your check no later the October 1st to: Ande Zander, Holy Cross Episcopal Church, 205E. College Street, Simpsonville SC 29681 . Please keep in mind that there is a limited amount of space. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis so don't delay and don't be left out.
Registration is $30 if you furnish your canopy and $50 if we furnish one for you. Costumes are not mandatory, however if you want to wear Medieval Garb, please do so. There are only 50 spaces available. Spaces with a power supply are also limited and reserved on a firt-come, first-served basis. If possible, we recommend that you set up on Friday afternoon prior to 6:30 pm. THere are events from 7:00-10:00 pm Friday evening and a few vendors (with lights) open for business. Although we are not responsible for losses, a security officer will be on site Friday night. On Saturday the Festival opens at 10:00 am. All vehicles must be cleared from the vendor area by 9:30 am; vendors are expected to remain open until 5:45 pm. No vehicles will be allowed into the vendor area for loading prior to 6:00 pm.
